Subscriptions
Ascend Soul subscriptions are purchased through Apple. Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and payment methods are managed through your Apple Account and Apple's App Store systems.
Premium access
Premium access in the app is based on an active subscription entitlement reported through Apple and RevenueCat. If you believe access is missing, use Restore Purchases in the app or contact support.
